Ah, hello :) I promise I don't intend to spam the com! *laughs*
Anyhow. I decided to sign up for a retail account, but it seems like the actual site won't accept my order. I've tried several times for two days, so I'm just wondering.

Did you have problems with the site as well? I live in Europe-Sweden, so I don't see why there should be a problem, since they accept Europeans. Neither the Epic collection nor the original Lineage 2 product works (I haven't tried the other, since I don't want to buy something I don't want on mistake, lol). It's safe to say that I'm getting rather frustrated with this site.

I'm paying with Mastercard (also tried Visa with the same result), and I can select it and all. The order-process goes fine, but as soon as I've entered the code (that confirms you're not a robot) I simply get "We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners."

Alright, so I checked those retail partners, but neither of them sell the code ONLINE, which is what I want. I already have the game downloaded, you see, and I personally think that shipping/waiting for a product to arrive sucks.

SO, is there anywhere else to sign up? Should I contact them, or do you think that this problem will solve later? I would have posted a help request on the forum, but I have no account to do so with ;).

I would try e-mailing support with details of whats happening, if nothing happens with that, maybe calling them. They should be pretty helpful being that you're a new customer. I bought a physical copy of the game, so I have no idea how the online process even goes x.x

If both of your cards are with the same bank/branch it could be a security problem. There have been legitimate Lineage players having their accounts temporarily suspended(on a minor scale though) due to fraud problems associated with their bank. i'm not sure if this is specificaly a big problem for NCSoft, or if other MMO game subscriptions experience it but it's known occurance in the L2 community.

I feel your frustration. >.< I too am getting that same annoying message of error after I enter the code and get excited about it possibly working this time around! I finally contacted the company and I am just waiting for a reply to my email. Your problem was happening on the 15th? It is now the 25th and it is still doing this for me. Did yours get fixed?

Same problem here im from Québec,Canada and im trying with my visa nothing seems to work this is getting annoying....

Sam: I sent them a support ticket and they fixed it for me... I guess there was a bug in their stuff ... you might want to try again ... if it still doesnt work send them a support ticket and be sure to include your location.

Yeah, fixed it too :) Their customer service is quite good, though.

exscuse but i couldnt let that last one slide....did you just say their customer support is....good? lol....its horrible...people have been downright refused their accounts despite presenting ALL the required Information IE: CC numbers Game Subsciption/client/item numbers with FULL Purchases Receipts and accout name/linked account characters..also being the sole and only owner of the CC of course...their response...cant provide a logical answer...but unfortunatly we cannot assist you any further.....-_-' sounds like robbery to me.

I agree, their customer service is laughable... honestly. That a problem such as this should originate (as well as all of their password/email changing issues with accounts) should be a major embarrassment for them, and the fact that it's still not fixed may be testimonial to issues with their actual software products.

i disagree with the last comments-ive actually lost my first code (the prophecies one) might have accidentally switched my nightfalls one with my cousins, had the wrong character name! (and to say my first character is always the same name...for once i disobeyed this with guild wars) but i did provide two good keys out of 4 at the very least, and they reset my password provided me with how to write my ign correctly, and im back on track. I however, am getting the annoying: We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners message also, although i just purchased something from them with paypal yesterday evening.
